Plan and coordinate employee activities, including team building events, recognition programs, and other employee engagement initiatives.
Plan and develop content for internal communication and Hoiana’s social media channels to promote employee engagement and showcase the organization’s culture and values.
Coordinate and support training programs, including scheduling, registration, and logistics.
Monitoring certain training activities, including new hires orientation, compliance and mandatory training programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Support other HR functions as needed, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Creative, dynamic, enthusiastic
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in English (verbal & writing)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency in other relevant software applications is a plus (graphic designs, video making etc.)
